137 Madison Hall 301 Sparkman Drive
Huntsville, AL 35899
Apply in person (cash/check/credit card), mail (check/credit card) or e-mail (credit card). Other universities also sell the ISIC card, so you can check with a university near you (price may vary, but the PREMIUM coverage is required).
YOU WILL NEED:
1. ISIC application, with signature and date, and personal information and mailing address sections completed (be sure to use international date format for birthday). You only need to complete the credit card section if you will be paying by credit card.

4. $75 payment
if paying by cash, the card can be issued immediately
if paying by credit or check, the card will be issued after the payment has cleared through the bursar
checks should be made out to "UAH", with "OIPS - ISIC" in the memo line
For international students who wish to pay by check, the check should be a cashier's check issued in US
